Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or more with neck pain for more than 3 months,with or without stiffness. 2. Neck Disability Index (NDI) score greater than 12%, and VAS during the recent month greater than 30 mm. 3. Ability to communicate and understand. 4. Agree to sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing vestibular pathology. 2. Severe general impairment or concomitant diseases ( several cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, respiratory diseases, tumors etc.); 3. Epilepsy or history of epilepsy (except febrile convulsions in childhood). 4. Cervical fracture/dislocation. 5. Pregnant or lactating patients.
