20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >20 years and <70 years, gastroscopy confirmed gastric cancer, and general data (including age, gender,body mass index, tumor location, pathological classification, differentiation degree, clinical stage); 2. Radical subtotal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy were performed, with perigastric lymph node dissection according to D2 lymph node dissection; 3. Abdomen enhanced CT examination was performed before operation; 4. The patients agreed to be included in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CT findings of distant metastasis (lung, liver, pelvic cavity, etc.) or evaluation of no radical resection (The lymph nodes fuse into a mass, invasion of pancreas, omentum, etc.); 2. Patients requiring neo-adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be subject to multidisciplinary consultation (MDT) before surgery, except those who refused neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and requested surgery; 3. Patients who are allergic to or have an allergy to iodine; 4. Severe organ dysfunction (such as liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure, respiratory failure, etc.) or existing with systemic diseases (such as severe rheumatic immune diseases or blood system diseases, etc.); 5. Patients undergoing complex abdominal surgery or evaluating for severe peritoneal adhesions.
