Stroke

Interventions

Control Group:Swallowing care: Oral ice stimulation, Lip movement, Free water plan, Monitor and guide daily eating, Intermittent transoral gastric tube feeding (if disired).
Experimental Group:Swallowing care combined with Comprehensive swallowing intervention (Swallowing movement training, Neuromuscular electrical stimulation, Vocal training).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 aged 18 to 80 years, male or female; 2 meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 3 clear diagnosis by head CT or MRI examination; 4 the first onset, the course of disease = 2; 6 patients informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with severe stroke (NIHSS>=16 points); 2 severe speech disorder; 3 severe cognitive impairment (MMSE16); 7 previous maxillofacial deformity, pharyngeal cavity stenosis and nasal abnormalities; 8 having had CPAP treatment in the past. 9 severe cardiopulmonary function disorders or acute diseases (decompensated heart failure, had heart or respiratory arrest or myocardial infarction within 3 months, severe pneumonia, refractory hypertension, pneumothorax, alveolar emphysema).
