65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip replacement; 2. Hospitalized patients aged 65 to 85 years; 3. ASA is a grade II-III patient; 4. Preoperative pulmonary function examination results showed no significant ventilation dysfunction; 5. Volunteers who sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Patients with heart rhythm disorder, heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung system, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, mental diseases; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate and are participating in other clinical trials 4. For other reasons, the observer did not consider the inclusion appropriate (e.g., intraoperative blood loss of more than 600ml, etc.).
