Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 The standards included of patients with knee osteoarthritis are: (1) Most of the first month has knee pain; (2) Bone noise during joint movement; (3) Morning stiffness less than 30 minutes; (4) Aged greater than or equal to 38 years; (5) Knee examination has bone hypertrophy. Those who satisfy 1 +2 +3 +4, or 1 +2 +5 or 1 +4 +5, can be diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis. The standards included of patients with osteoporosis is: double energy X-ray bone density test T value < -2.5 2. Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form; 3. Aged 45 to 65 years; 4. Pain VAS score greater than 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe joint deformity, moderate or above swelling; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as mental and neurological diseases.
