34 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was clinically diagnosed as having multiple myeloma for the first time; 2. Bortezomib was the main chemotherapy drug; 3. Peripheral nerve injury occurred after the treatment with bortezomib.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral nerve injury occurred before the treatment with bortezomib; 2. Patients with abnormal limb sensation or movement; 3. Allergic to bortezomib; 4. Other drugs that may cause peripheral nerve injury have been used in the past; 5. Pharmacological action of dugs similar to bortezomib have been used in the past.
