Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects must meet Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in China(2018); 2 Subjects must have a diagnosis of bilateral nasal polyps,which are grades at least 2 scores in both nares using the polyp scoring system; 3 Subjects must be within 18-65 years of age, either sex, and of any race.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects who have required a burst of oral corticosteroids within the 3 months, or nasal spray corticosteroids or antibiotics or anti-leukotrienes within 2 weeks before screening are excluded from the study. 2 Subjects with known allergic reaction on hormones or have had contraindications to severe steroid use are excluded; 3 Subjects with other nasal diseases, such as allergic fungal sinusitis, primary ciliary dyskinesia are excluded; 4 Subjects with sinus surgeries in the past 6 months are excluded; 5 Subjects with other chronic diseases such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency and malignant tumors are excluded; 6 Subjects with smoking or quitting smoking for less than 1 year are excluded; 7 Subjects with acute sinusitis or acute sinusitis or acute upper respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks of the screening visit are excluded; 8 Subjects must not have been diagnosed with a parasitic infection and be known to be HIV-positive or positive to hepatitis B surface antigen or C antibodies or syphilis. Testing will not be done at screening; 9 Women must not be pregnant, breast-feeding.
