Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral thoracoscopic surgery with an ASA status II-III, male or female, aged 18-70 years, BMI 19-30 kg/m2. Preoperative normal pulmonary function, and no received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thoracic surgery; 2. Patients with blood system diseases such as coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe abnormal cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function; 4. Allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 5. Infection at puncture site; 6. Patients unable to cooperate or communicate with.
