Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients involved in minimally invasive weight loss surgery, aged 18-45 years, have a history of menstrual disorders, have complete ovaries and uterus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of smoking, alcohol or drug abuse, recent use of hormonal contraceptives or drugs that affect ovulation, severe lipid metabolism abnormalities, and hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, or genetic predisposition to obesity.
