Moderate Neuromuscular Block1:Induction of rocuronium 0.6mg/kg, Intraoperative Sugammadex 2mg/kg
Deep Neuromuscular Block:Induction of rocuronium 0.9mg/kg, Intraoperative Sugammadex 0.4 mg/ kg

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who signed informed consents and agree to follow the research protocol. 2) Aged 18 years to 65 years. 3) BMI 18.5 to 40 kg/m2. 4) The ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) physical status I to III. 5) NYHA (New York Heart Association classification) cardiac function I to II. 6) Child-Pugh score class A and B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) hyperthyroidism; 2) iodine allergy; 3) severe arrhythmia, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, cerebrovascular accident, renal dysfunction. 4) bilirubin > 3mg/ml; 5) patients with decompensation of liver cirrhosis; 6) patients with severe intraoperative bleeding.
