Case series:Wearable activity tracker & full-course management platform

Eligibility

Sex/Gender

Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage I-III breast cancer survivors, 1 year after surgery; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Complete surgery, chemo and radio therapy, but not include endocrine therapy; 4. Equipped with smart phone with blue tooth, capable of online reservation on wechat; 5. Commitment to at least 3 months' wear of the equipment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer patients with metastasis; 2. Breast feeding, pregnant or plan to be pregnant within 6 months; 3. With severe mental disorder or substance abuse, heavy drinker or drug user; 4. With conditions affecting normal physical activities including fracture, limb disability or severe rheumatoid arthritis etc.; 5. Already taken part in other physical activity programs; 6. Baseline GLTEQ>90; 7. Unable to get access to YanKang e follow-up:the full-course management platform; 8. Unable to commitment to at least 3 months' wear of the equipment.
