50 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Has a clear history of acute herpes zoster, and the herpes zoster lesions subsided > 1 month; 2. Herpes zoster area in the T3-T12 dominating area; 3. Aged between 50-90 years old male and female; 4. The NRS score is greater than 4; 5. BMI 18-24 kg/m2; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and informed consents have signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PHN in other innervation areas; 2. Treatment of local severe skin lesions or infection; 3. Severe abnormal blood coagulation 4. Pregnant, pregnant and lactating women; 5. Drug allergy patients; 6. With non-PHN that may affect PHN pain assessment Sexual pain; 7. With neuromuscular junction disease such as myasthenia gravis; 8. With severe mental illness, alcohol addiction or drug abuse; 9. Refused to accept the treatment plan; 10. For various reasons can not complete the study.
