Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Vancouver type B prosthesis fractures; 2. unilateral surgery; 3. The operation treatment was performed by senior physicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No follow-up data; 2. femoral malformations; 3. Patients with tumors or long-term administration of hormones leading to pathological fractures 3 Patients with acetabular prosthesis fractures; 4. Vancouver A, C type periprosthetic fractures.
