18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fulfilling the criteria for AS (1984 Modified New York criteria ); (2) Aged 18 to 60 years; (3) Drug treatment has been stable for the past 3 months; (4) ASDAS score is between 2.1 and 3.5; (5) Understand the purpose and procedure of this study and voluntarily sign the written informed consent; (6) Patients are able to follow the schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiovascular diseases or those at high risk; (2) Patients with cervical vertebral bridges; (3) Patients who underwent surgery within the last 6 months; (4) Tumor necrosis factor inhibitors have been used in the last 3 months; (5) Patients have done regular exercise in the past 3 months (e.g., yoga, tai chi, baduanjin, etc.,>= 3times/weeks, 20 minutes/time); (6) Patients who are unable to receive regular exercise rehabilitation due to language impairment, difficulty in understanding, limited movements and other reasons; (7) Others are considered unsuitable for the study.
