Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cirrhosis scheduled for TIPS operation; age between 18 and 60 years old; normal vision; right-handed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications or claustrophobia were detected by MRI; other organic lesions in the brain (such as cerebral infarction, brain tumors, etc.) were detected by conventional MRI; With history of HE attack; With history of neuropsychosis; history of alcoholic cirrhosis or drug abuse, or drugs affecting cognition were being taken; illiteracy, unable to complete neuropsychological tests; excessive head movements during the examination affected data analysis.
