experimental group :Total endoscopic hand-sewn Billroth I anastomosis

control group:Total endoscopic Billroth II anastomosis

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of locally advanced lower gastric cancer; 3. Able to perform total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 4. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy were not performed before operation; 5. Bilroth I anastomosis can not be performed by using a linear incision closer under endoscopy during operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grading (> IV); 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Intraoperative transitions (laparoscopic transitions to laparotomy); 4. Gastric stump cancer; 5. Other contraindications of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
