Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for healthy control group (HC) (30 cases) : (1) healthy subjects, no neurological or mental disease, no metal implants, pacemakers, etc.. (2) no neurological defects, such as: visual or auditory impairment. (3) above 8 years of education, aged 55-80 years. (4) Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) is greater than 26 points. (5) simple mental state examination (MMSE) score is greater than or equal to 26 points. (6) Hamilton depression scale (hamd-17) is less than 7 points. (7) clinical dementia scale (CDR) was equal to 0. (8) daily behavior life ability is normal. (9) soft right. 2. Inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment group (MCI) (30 cases): (1) patients admitted to the memory clinic of our hospital complained of memory loss, and confirmed by others that there was no metal implant or pacemaker. (2) more than 8 years of education, aged 55-80 years. (3) The Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) was less than 26 points. (4) simple mental state examination (MMSE)24-26 points between. (5) Hachinski ischemia index scale (HIS) was less than 4 points. (6) Hamilton depression scale (hamd-17) is less than 7 points. (7) The clinical dementia scale (CDR) was equal to 0.5. (8) has not been affected by the daily behavior life ability, daily life activity ability scale (ADL) is greater than or equal to 16 points. (9) soft right. (10) attending no psychiatric history. 3. Inclusion criteria for alzheimer's disease group (AD) (30 cases): (1) patients admitted to the memory clinic of our hospital complained of memory loss, and confirmed by others that there was no metal implant or pacemaker. (2) more than 8 years of education, aged 55-80 years. (3) Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) score 0-26. (4) simple mental state examination (MMSE)0-24 points. (5) Hachinski ischemia index scale (HIS) was less than 4 points. (6) Hamilton depression scale (hamd-17) is less than 7 points. (7) The clinical dementia scale (CDR) was equal to 0.5. (8) has not been affected by the daily behavior life ability, daily life activity ability scale (ADL) is greater than or equal to 16 points. (9) soft right. (10) attending no psychiatric history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Except survey may affect cognitive history of glaucoma, cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, thyroid disorders, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, chronic diarrhea, severe liver and kidney function is not complete, carbon monoxide poisoning, craniocerebral trauma, and alcohol poisoning.
