Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as CAD; 2.At the same time suffered from HFmrEF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were prior coronary artery bypass surgery, old myocardial infarction, severe renal and hepatic dysfunction, hypotension, persistent atrial fibrillation, severe ventricular arrhythmias, inflammatory or infectious disease.
