Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above were diagnosed as primary frozen shoulder: X-ray examination of shoulder joint was normal, symptoms of shoulder pain lasted for at least 1 month, and one course of physical therapy failed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with rotator cuff injury requiring suture repair, poor physical condition, unsuitable for surgical treatment or joint cavity perfusion therapy.
