Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants inclusion criteria will be aged 18 or above, with current diagnosis of major depressive disorder and/or generalized anxiety disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5th edition (DSM-5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be individuals with active suicidality, comorbid diagnosis of current or past psychosis, and bipolar disorders, and having changes in psychotropic medications in the past three months.
