12 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic soft tissue defects of extremities were accompanied by simultaneous or respective exposure of tendon, blood vessel, nerve, or bone in some degree; 2. The wound surface was seriously contaminated, and if the wound was closed in the first stage, the possibility of infection and tissue necrosis was predicted to be very high.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic soft tissue defects of extremities were simultaneously accompanied with life-threatening injuries; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is 4-5 level.
