Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. The basic disease is primary glomerular disease. 3. The quantitative amount of urine protein was 1.0-3.5g/24h. 4. Patient compliance is good, and voluntary to participate in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system. 2. Blood creatinine >177umol/L. 3. People who are known to be allergic to experimental drugs.
