Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed Achilles tendon complete fracture defect combined with local skin and soft tissue defects; (2) When the ankle joint is in the neutral position, the Achilles tendon defect distance is more than 2cm, and the local skin soft tissue defect is more than 2cm, and the patient cannot be directly sutured; (3) Age is not limited, male or female; (4) Patients who have agreed to undergo surgery without surgery for contraindications; (5) Willing to accept clinical physical examination, EEG, EMG and MRI, follow the follow-up arrangements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with the following diseases: diabetes, cervical spondylosis, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuritis, wrist trauma, chronic pain, depression and other mental illnesses or disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, and Pa Jinsen's disease, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, severe systemic disease. (2) Patients with obvious surgical contraindications.
