Group NTGM:TGM is not allowed in the non-ventilated lung

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who are scheduled for elective thoracoscopic surgeries, with ASA I-II, will be recruited in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for thoracotomy or those operation method are changed into thoracotomy during surdery; 2. Patients with moderate or severe pleural adhesion; 3. Unable to use double - lumen endotracheal tube for pulmonary isolation.
