Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged one month to three years, weight 5 kg to 20 kg; 2) ASA I-III; 3) Precocious heart disease surgical risk rating: RACHS level 1-4(RACHS level 3-4 should be cautious); 4) Surgical malformation treatment satisfaction(TEE evaluation anatomy and circulation); 5) Assessment of Breathing Cycle Function at Stop Time: Blood gas: electrolytes; Lung ventilation index ventilation index(carbon dioxide partial pressure, oxygen partial pressure, oxygenation index); P-V ring assessment of lung compliance(especially in preoperative pneumonia); Direct pulmonary arterial pressure measurement(especially in children with preoperative pulmonary hypertension); Circulatory status assessment(application of vasoactive drugs, systolic pressure, mean pressure, pulse pressure difference, EF value, myocardial surface color and myocardial contraction state, pacemaker adjustable arrhythmia, lactic acid value); 6) Extraction time assessment of respiratory circulation function: Breathing(frequency, Tidal volume, oxygen saturation, lung ventilation index); Circulation(application of vascular active drugs, systolic pressure, mean pressure, pulse pressure difference, TEE) Blood gas(acid-base electrolytes, lactic acid); pupil; Urine volume and color.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative treatment for heart failure pneumonia; 2) Liver and kidney diseases, with clotting disorders; 3) Poor premature infants; 4) Unsatisfactory treatment of surgical deformities Multiple drug support, hemodynamic instability.
