Group 2:Blood transfusions are performed when hemoglobin levels are below 100g/L, keeping hemoglobin concentrations between 100 and 120 g/L
Group 1:Blood transfusions are performed when hemoglobin levels are below 80g/L, keeping hemoglobin concentrations between 80 and 100 g/L

18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged> 18 years old; 2) new acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding (hematemesis or black stool); 3) diagnosis of ischemic heart disease (including stable angina and acute coronary syndrome).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) refuse to receive blood transfusions; 2) refuse to participate in the study; 3) patients with malignant tumor or need long-term hemodialysis; 4) pregnant women; 5) O Rh negative blood; 6) the clinical score of Rockall was 0 or Hb =120 g/L; 7) gastrointestinal bleeding is related to trauma or surgery; 8) systemic diseases of the blood system; 9) currently included in other clinical studies.
