Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 70 years; 2. met the diagnostic criteria of differentiated thyroid cancer (based on operation and pathology), and the results of BRAF gene test were found; 3. the patients who had completed total thyroidectomy, subtotal thyroidectomy and partial thyroidectomy did not exceed 3 months after operation; 4. the examination of bone metabolism and echocardiography was improved before operation; 5. clear consciousness and understanding ability; 6. volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. metastasis of other tissues and organs; 2. complicated with other malignant tumors; 3. complicated with other diseases: nephropathy, liver disease, malnutrition, hyperparathyropathy, hyperthyroidism, pituitary dysfunction, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Paget's osteopathy, non-traumatic fracture, bone deformity, etc. 4. there is a long history of use of steroids, antiepileptic drugs, diuretics and fluoride. 5. those who are unable to move, or can not communicate normally.
