Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 29 days to 18 years old; 2. Clear cause of coma; 3. Children were determined to be brain dead according to Criteria and practical guidance for determination of brain death in children; 4. The guardian of the child agrees to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use sedatives and hypnotics, antipsychotics, general anesthesia overdose, the effect of prolonged elimination or poisoning; 2. Low temperature (temperature of bladder or rectum <= 32 degree C); 3. hypotension, systolic blood pressure is lower than the normal low value of the same age; 4. Acute kidney injury; 5. Allergic history of iodine contrast agent.
