Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria for idiopathic PD: The diagnosis of PD was independently performed in accordance with the British Brain Bank PD diagnostic criteria by two neurologists who held positions of attending physicians; (2) Agree to take the medical history, neurological examination, feces and MR imaging; (3) Agree to conduct a complete cognitive assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of dementia according to the Movement Disorders Society (MDS) criteria; (2) Exclude patients with epilepsy, stroke or other neurological diseases; (3) Exclude patients whose information is not complete.
