Inclusion criteria: 1.Vancouver B2 fracture; 2. No acetabular fracture; 3. Unilateral surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with femoral malformation; 2. Pathological fractures; 3. Combined with serious medical diseases; 4. Skin infection, damage.
