10 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male patients aged 45> years old who have lower urinary tract symptoms; 2) Prostate biopsy is required for suspicious patients with digital rectal examination; 3) Suspected patients with serum PSA levels need to undergo prostate biopsy; 4) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Missing main data; 2) taking drugs that affect serum PSA levels within 3 months; 3) The amount of total RNA extracted is insufficient; 4) There are recent uncontrolled infections; 5) suffering from severe bleeding tendency or blood coagulopathy; 6) Reluctant to participate in the study and did not sign the informed consent form.
