Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade I or II who have undergone cerebrovascular stent implantation under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult to open mouth degrees by laryngeal mask, and increased gastric contents regurgitation and respiratory aspiration factors, including not fasting, morbid obesity, more than 14 weeks of gestation, frequent gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal obstruction and hiatal hernia, another also eliminate merger throat disease, such as a placeholder, hematoma, edema, abscess, acute inflammation, injury, severe hypertrophy, tonsils, clear larynx or trachea migration and softening, other laryngeal mask relative contraindication such as mouth in the throat, chest surgery, or surgery position for lateral position and prone position, and to predict difficult airway as Mallampati class 3 or 4,The distance between the nail chin is less than 6 cm, the opening degree is less than 3 cm, the BMI is more than or equal to 35 kg/m square, severe obstructive sleep apnea, etc.
