Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Idiopathic macular hole; 2) Have fixed vision ability, and can cooperate with OCTA, OCT, spontaneous fluorescence and other examinations; 3) Surgical treatment is required, and postoperative follow-up can be more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cornea and lens of the study eye are severely turbid, and the fundus cannot be seen clearly; 2) The study eye with retinal vasculopathy, uveitis, history of ocular trauma, retinal tears and other eye diseases; 3) The study eye has undergone vitreoretinal surgery; 4) The patient has surgical contraindications and with high risk of undertaking surgery.
