18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Video-assisted thoracoscopic lung lobectomy or segmentectomy; 2) ASA physical status of 1 or 2; 3) Adult aged 18 to 65 years; 4) BMI between 19 and 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper respiratory tract infection in the last month; 2. Bronchial asthma; 3. A history of surgery or mechanical ventilation 2 weeks before surgery; 4. Patients with thoracic and spinal deformity; 5. Previous history of chest surgery; 6. Patients receiving chemotherapy; 7. Radiation, immunosupport drugs, or corticosteroids; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 10. Be participating in other clinical studies.
