50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 50 to 80 years; 2) met the diagnosed of CHF; 3) NYHA class I-III; 4) have no trouble in consciousness, hearing and intelligence; 5) symptoms stable >= 1 month (LVEF >= 40%, NT-pro BNP <= 125 pg/ml, or BNP <= 35 pg/ml); 6) informed consent provided.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with severe hematopoietic system, tumor and other serious primary diseases; 2) poor blood pressure control (SBP > 200mmHg or DBP > 110mmHg); 3) having contraindications to cardiopulmonary test or exercise training; 4) having learning experience of Liuzijue, Baduanjin, Tai Chi, yoga, meditation and vocal music over the past three months; 5) diagnosed with family history of mental illness.
