Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were AIS patients underwent posterior fusion. We enrolled all of the patients who met the inclusion criteria and were willing to participate by giving written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included allergy to TXA, anemia (male hemoglobin 2.0 mg/dL), chronic liver disease, and pregnancy.
