Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for tongue squamous cell carcinoma: patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma (T1 and T2, cN0) were initially diagnosed in our center, and were treated in our hospital with surgical treatment, with clear pathological diagnosis after surgery; 2. Stable vital signs: patients who can tolerate surgical treatment after clinical evaluation, and the lesion is visible to the naked eye and can be measured.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, heart or system diseases that cannot be tolerated surgical treatment; 2. The primary tumor lesions disappeared after radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. Metastasis to other malignant tumors in the head and neck; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Patients with advanced malignant tumors cannot tolerate surgical treatment.
