Interventions

control group:0.1% tacrolimus ointment, once per day
308nm excimer laser, twice per week
0.9% sodium chloride injection was intraperitoneally injected, once /3 weeks
The experimental group 1:0.1% tacrolimus ointment, once per day
Intradermal injection of fructus psoraleae injection, 1 time /3 weeks
The experimental group 2:0.1% tacrolimus ointment, once per day
Intraperitoneal injection of autologous PRP combined with psoralba injection was performed once /2 weeks.
The experimental group 3:0.1% tacrolimus ointment, once per day
Intraperitoneal injection of autologous PRP lesions, 1 time /3 weeks

8 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of vitiligo patients; 2. Aged 18-65 years, male or female; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women during pregnancy or lactation; Patients who received ultraviolet treatment within 6 months; Patients treated with photosensitive drugs; Patients who have received systematic medication in the past 1 month;Cataract and diabetes; Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; Treatment of allergic patients with psoralba and ultraviolet radiation.
