Age
60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60-75 years old; (2) ASA grade I~III; (3) The estimated operation time is more than 4 hours; (4) The anesthesia method is general anesthesia; (5) The surgical procedure is open abdominal and thoracic surgery; (6) Ability to comply with research protocols, voluntarily participate in research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification = IV; (2) patients with pheochromocytoma; (3) Those whose mental state cannot cooperate, who suffer from mental illness, have no self-control, and cannot express clearly; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical trials; (5) There are severe heart block and/or severe ventricular dysfunction, such as sick sinus syndrome, II degree II block or more; (6) With serious heart, lung or kidney disease before surgery; (7) The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
