35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) generally healthy; 2) aged 35-65 years; 3) free of clinically relevant cardiovascular diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) current smoker or former smoker with <5 years since smoking cessation; 2) acute illness or active infection.
