Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction. 2. People without coronary heart disease (control group). 3. Aged 18-80 years, gender is not limited. 4. Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Indicators that seriously affect their survival, such as malignant tumors or AIDS. 2. In the last month, she suffered from infectious diseases that needed treatment. 3. Have connective tissue disease. 4. Women who may be pregnant during pregnancy, lactation or within three years. 5.
