50 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. performed a head MR examination in our hospital; 2. can performing the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) cognitive assessment; 3. There are no related drugs that have an impact on cognitive function in recent time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor-quality images; 2. general clinical data is incomplete, such as diabetes history; 3. cerebral hemorrhage and / or large area of cerebral infarction and other diseases affecting cognitive function; 4. congenital neurological diseases affecting cognitive function.
