Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: NAION Criteria: 1) sudden visual field defect and (or) painless vision loss; 2) a typical quandrant VF defect connecting with physiological scotoma but away from fixation spot, usually nasal and inferior; 3) local or diffused optic disc edema, usually with radial hemorrhage; 4) RAPD positive and (or) abnormal VEP; 5) systemic risks or ophthalmic risks; 6) excluding glaucoma, AAION, NMO-ON and other optic neuropathy; NAION Chronic Phase Criteria: 3 months after initial, and no edema at optic disc or retina. Health Eyes Criteria: 1) age and gender matched with NAION group; 2) BCVA >=0.8; 3) myopia S.E. >-6.0, and hyperopia S.E. <+3.0; 4) IOP<21mmHg; 5) no other ophthalmic diseases, no optic neuropathy, no CNS diseases; 5) no ophthalmic surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) aged 80 years; 2) myopia S.E. +3.0; 3) other diseases with VF defect or optic neuropathy; 4) can not cooperate with examinations.
