Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sudden deafness: through the medical history, pure tone audiometry, the impedance test of the middle ear and the distortion product otoacoustic emission, the sensorineural deafness occurred within 3 days, which was in line with the 2015 sudden deafness diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association. At least the hearing loss exceeded 20dB at at least 2 adjacent frequencies, usually with unknown causes, such as tinnitus, ear stuffiness and vertigo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with serious internal and external diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure; 2. breast-feeding women or pregnant women; 3. patients with other hearing disorders; 4. researchers believe that patients who are not suitable for this clinical trial.
