Continuous cold treatment group:Ice compress was given to the patient's knee for 48 hours after total knee replacement
Intermittent cold treatment group:After total knee replacement, patients were given ice compress twice a day for 30 minutes for two days

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged > 40 years; (2) preoperative diagnosis of osteoarthritis; (3) received elective total knee surface replacement for the first time; (4) basic communication skills; (5) agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from gout arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other joint diseases; (2) patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diseases of the blood system, diabetes and other diseases; (3) hypersensitivity to low temperature, poor local circulation of patients; (4) raynaud's syndrome or other vascular spastic disease patients; (5) patients with hypoesthesia or impairment of the lower extremities; (6) double knee replacement patients.
