45 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female or male, aged more than or equal to 45 years; 2. Patients with metaphyseal fracture are to undergo surgical treatment; 3. Hospitalization time is longer than 48 hours; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic diseases; 2. Patients with thyroid diseases, bone metabolic diseases and secondary osteoporosis; 3. Medication history: glucocorticoid, estrogen replacement therapy, NSAID, diphosphate, thyroid hormone; 4. Cachexia; 5. Acute infection status; 6. Patients with mental disorders and expected to lead to poor compliance; 7. Patients refused to participate in this study.
