Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The ASA I, II level, aged 20 to 45 years, single, full term (37 weeks to 41 + 6 weeks), head, choose natural childbirth puerpera. 2. The prenatal examination is suitable for vaginal delivery. 3. Approved by the hospital ethics committee. 4. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 35 kg/m2; 2. Women in urgent labor; 3. Basal temperature >= 37.5 degree C; 4. Pathological pregnancy and obstetric complications; 5. Have or suspect intrauterine infection before analgesia; 6. Epidural analgesia failure. 7. Contraindication of spinal anesthesia. 8. History of alcohol or drug abuse.
