Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 45 to 89 years; 2) diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke; 3) cerebral infarction symptoms occurred within 4.5 hours before receiving the drug; 4) motor disorders were caused by acute stroke rather than cerebral hemorrhage (excluded by CT scan).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Improved Rankin Scale (MRS) score before stroke was greater than 1; 2) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was greater than 22; 3) there was a history of cerebral hemorrhage; 4) end-stage coexistence of systemic diseases, such as cancer, renal failure (creatinine > 200 micromol/L), liver cirrhosis, severe dementia or psychosis; 5) brain CT scan showed brain tumors or other significant non-ischemia. Brain injury; 6) thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 100 *10^9/L); 7) with severe heart failure, acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation, aortic dissection, refractory hypertension and deep coma.
