Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Standards for reporting vascularchanges on neuroimaging STRIVE Features seen on neuroimaging include recent small subcortical infarcts, lacunes, white matter hyperintensities, perivascular spaces, microbleeds, and brain atrophy. SVD can present as a stroke or cognitive decline, or can have few or no symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged below 35 years; 2. artery narrowness; 3. important organ diseases; 4. sever body diseases and so on; 5. using drugs affecting Hcy levels (P>0.05).
