Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A diver without a sports grade; 2. The age is 7 to 10 years old; 3. Received at least one year of professional swimming training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In the week before the experiment, 1. Take or inject any medicine because of illness (cold, fever); 2. Take a drug (eg a sleeping pill, etc.) for a certain purpose (treatment of insomnia); 3. Symptoms such as diarrhea; 4. had constipation.
